Valuations:-
Each and every piece of jewellery provided to us for valuation is
appraised by a fully qualified gemologist, registered with the National
Association of Goldsmiths, and combines both experience with academic and
professional qualifications to assure you, and your insurers, of an independent,
accurate and professional valuation. The
appraisal will take place in most cases the day we receive the piece and be
returned to you within 48 hours if you are within the We keep a record of all valuations carried out by us on an electronic
database, along with the photographs enabling a swift and secure method of
notifying any relevant authorities (insurance company, loss adjuster, police) of
the distinguishing features of your piece and a photograph for the purposes of
identification. As an additional service, should a mishap occur and something happens to
your jewellery, we will undertake to remake your piece of jewellery from our
records, to as accurate a replica as possible, within the limit of our valuation
provided that the valuation is
updated every two years by ourselves. We
view this as the ultimate insurance appraisal ……….. if your piece is lost
or stolen, we will remake it for the appraisal value!
